The model 6650AF is a low-cost High Resistance Meter for measuring high resistance in the range of 1 MΩ to 100 TΩ.
The simplified construction and operation of the 6650AF offer much-improved operation and performance over the typical teraohmmeter/electrometer for about half of the cost, with a more user-friendly approach to high resistance measurements. The 6650AF has numerous advantages over single input devices like the typical teraohmmeter/electrometer such as reliability, traceability and the fact that measurements are not dependent on short term stability or repeatability of the measurement circuit.
